- 2011: acquisition of Fairjets (Germany).
- 2013: acquisition of Abelag (Belgium, founded in 1964).
- 2014: acquisition of Unijet (France) and London Executive Aviation (UK).
- 2015: acquisition of Masterjet (Portugal) and ExecuJet; the group becomes the world's No. 2 business aviation operator.
- 2016: all subsidiaries take the Luxaviation name (Luxaviation France, Belgium, UK…).
- 2024: acquisition of Paragon Aviation Group, bringing the network to about 140 FBOs.
